Weight to suit the use
Towels range from 180 to 350 g/m², lighter and quicker to dry, through 350 to 500 g/m², to over 500 g/m², thicker and more absorbent.
Embroidery, screen printing or patch
Embroidery stands up well to washing and sits within the pile. Screen printing and transfer allow more detailed logos, and the engraved leather patch gives a discreet finish.

Material, weight and branding
The towels listed are textile, with models in conventional fibre, others in recycled material and one in organic cotton. Several carry OEKO-TEX certification and one the amfori BSCI seal. The heavier ones are denser and more absorbent; the lighter ones are less bulky and dry sooner.
Branding is done with embroidery, screen printing, screen-print transfer, digital transfer or an engraved leather patch, depending on the model. The price on each product page already includes one-colour branding in the standard area, and before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the towel.
How to choose personalised bath sheets
- The weight
- Between 180 and 350 g/m² for light beach towels that fold up small and dry quickly; 350 to 500 g/m² or over 500 g/m² if you want a thick feel and more absorbency, as in a bathroom or hotel.
- The origin of the fibre
- If sustainability matters in your campaign, there are models in recycled material and one in organic cotton. Also look for the OEKO-TEX certification on the product page.
- The branding technique
- Embroidery is the most durable option on terry. Screen printing and transfers reproduce logos with more colours or detail, and the engraved leather patch gives a restrained finish.
- The colour of the towel
- Choose a colour that contrasts with your logo: white, beige and natural for dark logos; black, navy or grey for light ones.
