A mark that does not wear off

The laser marks the surface of the pen rather than adding ink on top. The logo stands up to rubbing in a pocket and daily use.

Aluminium, metal and bamboo

Most models are metal or aluminium, which is where engraving is at its sharpest. There are also bamboo or wood pens and recycled aluminium options.

From everyday to gift-worthy

There are Essential, Plus and Premium ranges, and brands such as Parker, Waterman and Swiss Peak. That lets you choose a pen to hand out in bulk or one for clients and directors.

Which businesses and occasions suit them

An engraved pen earns its place on the reception desk, in meeting rooms and in the welcome kit for someone joining the team. It is something people use every day and take home with them.

At trade shows and conferences it works as a giveaway on the stand without feeling like a throwaway gift. For clients or senior teams, sets with a pen and rollerball, or branded models, come presented in their own case.

Material and engraving

On anodised aluminium the laser removes the colour layer and reveals the metal underneath, giving a clean contrast on lighter shades. On silver or metallic finishes the engraving comes out in a more matt tone, discreet and elegant. On bamboo or wood the mark comes out in a toasted tone.

The catalogue price already includes marking in the standard area. Send us your logo, ideally as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF), and we will send you a free mock-up on the pen before you pay anything.

How to choose a pen to engrave

The material: Metal and aluminium give the sharpest engraving; bamboo or wood gives a natural look. If you want a lower-impact option, there are recycled aluminium or recycled plastic models and some with FSC or RCS certification.
The mechanism: Push-button suits people who write in short bursts and want speed; twist is a more understated action and sits well in a jacket pocket. There are also models with a cap.
The ink and how long it lasts: Choose blue or black ink depending on how your company uses it. Each product page gives the writing length, so you know how long the pen lasts before it runs out.
Single pen or set: For handing out in quantity, a single pen. For a client gift, there are sets that combine a pen and a rollerball, or pair a pen with a notebook, clipboard or card holder.
